La tavolata is the Italian tradition of gathering around a long table -  no set end time, no rush. Just good food, good wine, and the kind of conversation that keeps going long after the plates are cleared.

You're invited to ours. Head Chef Ben Jacob is joined by a special guest chef (to be announced) to create a shared feast that moves between Margaret River and Italy without ever leaving the table - four Italian shared courses, generously plated, meant to be passed, poured over, and argued about.

The evening begins with an aperitivo hour on the lawn at sunset. Head to the bar and choose from a selection of Cherubino wines or, in honour of our special guest, a glass of Linea Retta - the Piedmontese project between Larry Cherubino and renowned Italian winemaker Giorgio Rivetti of La Spinetta. A DJ plays, the light drops over the vines, and the conversation starts before you've even sat down.

When dinner is ready, you move inside - into the rustic charm of the Masseria dining room, long tables set, candles lit. Expect to eat well, drink better, and never quite want to leave.
