Our membership is designed to be as flexible as it is generous — no joining fee, and a selection that's entirely yours to curate. Simply choose six wines from the Cherubino range to receive each quarter, and adjust any time up to two weeks before dispatch.

A note about storage: all wines sold through our online store are sealed under screwcap and kept in temperature controlled storage until dispatch, to ensure quality and purity of expression.

DO I NEED TO PAY A JOINING FEE?
No, there is no joining or annual fee for Vendemmia.
IS THERE A MINIMUM COMMITMENT?
Yes, Vendemmia is a 12 month membership.
HOW OFTEN ARE MY WINES DELIVERED?
Your wines are delivered four times per year:
March, June, September and December.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?
Yes, each delivery requires a minimum of 6 bottles.
DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING?
Shipping is complimentary for all deliveries within Australia.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
You’ll receive a notification email two weeks before each delivery. This gives you time to adjust your selection, skip a delivery, or make changes.
Your card will then be charged prior to dispatch in March, June, September, and December.
CAN I CHANGE MY WINE SELECTION?
Yes. You can customise your selection from the Cherubino range and update it at any time up to two weeks before your next delivery.
Please note that vintages are subject to availability, and Apostrophe and Folklore wines are not included.
CAN I SKIP OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can skip one delivery per calendar year.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO ADJUST MY ORDER IN TIME?
If no changes are made, your previous selection will be processed and sent automatically.
WHAT IF I’M NOT HOME FOR DELIVERY?
If you have authorised delivery instructions then Australia Post will leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not home at the time of delivery.
Otherwise, your parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post Office for your collection and a calling card left.
HOW DO I USE MY MEMBER DISCOUNTS AT VENUES?
Your benefits are available once your membership is active. Our team can confirm your membership and apply your discount when you visit.
HOW DO VENUE HIRE DISCOUNTS WORK?
Vendemmia members receive 10% off venue hire fees across participating venues.
This is applied as part of the booking process, and a valid membership must be active at the time of the event, in line with each venue’s event terms.
WHERE CAN I FIND INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINE I RECEIVED?
Tasting notes, technical details, and reviews are available on the Cherubino website.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Please contact us to discuss overseas shipments.
WHY CAN'T I LOGIN TO MY MEMBERSHIP?
Even if you're already an active club member, you still need to create an account on our website to manage your membership online. Your email will automatically be linked to your existing membership upon creation. There is no risk of creating a duplicate account.
