Begin with a guided tasting at the Cellar Door before heading into the vineyard with Senior Viticulturist Matt Fox. Along the way, Matt will share insight into the vines, the season and the work that takes place throughout the year, connecting what’s growing outside with what’s poured in your glass.⁣

Matt leads vineyard operations at Cherubino and brings extensive experience across viticulture and wine growing. A former New Zealand Young Viticulturist of the Year, his career has been shaped by a deep understanding of vineyard management, seasonal conditions and the role each site plays in the final wine.⁣
