2025 Cherubino Chardonnay Release

2025 Cherubino Chardonnay Release
We are proud to announce the release of our 2025 chardonnays, bringing together five distinct expressions from across Margaret River and Pemberton.

The 2025 growing season delivered exceptional conditions across both regions, producing pristine fruit with freshness, concentration and natural acidity. For Larry, who has long championed the quality and potential of Western Australian Chardonnay, the release reflects both the strength of the vintage and the individuality of each vineyard.

In Margaret River, a near-perfect growing season was marked by warm, dry conditions and consistent weather from budburst through to harvest. A mild spring supported even flowering and fruit set, followed by steady summer warmth without periods of extreme heat. The fruit ripened gradually and evenly, resulting in chardonnay with precision, length and beautifully balanced acidity.

Pemberton also experienced one of its most seamless vintages in recent years. Warm days and cool nights supported full flavour development while preserving natural acidity. The chardonnay arrived at the winery clean, balanced and full of character, displaying fine structure, mineral precision and a clear sense of place.
