Cherubino recognised in Young Gun of Wine's Margaret River Cabernet Deep Dive

Young Gun of Wine has published its blind-tasting Deep Dive into Margaret River's best cabernets, and the 2019 Cherubino Elevation 'Pedestal Vineyard' Cabernet Sauvignon was among the wines selected by the expert panel.

Tasting blind alongside every Margaret River cabernet the publication could gather, sommelier Brendan Cannon of Carlton Wine Room named the Elevation among his top six of the day. He noted its wild strawberry and turned-red-earth character, a parsley-like herbaceous lift, and the balance of power and freshness that he described as the mark of the region's finest cabernets.
