2020 Cherubino Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon
It's not common to describe a 2yo cabernet as charming, indeed sensual, but this is what you get here. There's juicy cassis fruit, quality cedary French oak, and perfectly pitched tannins. Moreover, it will gain in richness and complexity over the next 10–15 years.
