2020 CHERUBINO GINGIN CHARDONNAY

Pale colour. Lemon curd, white peach, nectarine, grapefruit aromas with expressive flinty notes. Beautiful lemon glacé, white peach, apricot, grapefruit flavours, fine loose-knit al dente textures, superb mid-palate richness and underlying grilled nut, vanilla notes. Finishes crispy with stone fruit notes. All of the elements in perfect symmetry.

2020 CHERUBINO MARGARET RIVER CHARDONNAY

Pale colour. Grapefruit, white peach, gunflint aromas with light marzipan notes. Well balanced wine with lemon glacé, sweet grapefruit flavours, fine loose-knit/lacy textures, very good mid-palate viscosity, some marzipan/vanilla notes and fresh long indelible acidity. Some bittersweet notes. Delicious wine with excellent fruit definition and mineral length.

2020 CHERUBINO DIJON CHARDONNAY

Pale colour. Lemon curd, nectarine aromas with yeasty/tonic water, vanilla notes. Fresh sweet lemon glacé, lime, nectarine fruits, fine lacy textures, very good mid-palate volume and integrated pure acidity. Crunchy fresh at the finish.

2020 PEDESTAL ELEVATION CHARDONNAY

Pale colour. Pure grapefruit, nectarine, flinty aromas with grilled nut notes. Creamy textured wine with ample stonefruit, marzipan, grilled nut flavours, some crème brulee notes, lovely mid-palate viscosity, al dente/lacy textures and fresh persistent crisp acidity. Textbook Margaret River chardonnay.

2019 CHERUBINO MARGARET RIVER CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Medium-deep crimson. Fresh dark chocolate, dark cherry, mocha, espresso aromas with chinotto notes. Very well made wine with fresh blackcurrant, dark cherry, mocha, espresso flavours, fine loose-knit chocolatey textures, and lovely fine mineral acidity. Finishes velvety firm. Impressively balanced wine with lovely plushness of fruit and supple structure. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
