This wine comes from the famous Riversdale Vineyard in Frankland River. It’s an elegant, medium bodied shiraz, showing the vineyard and regional influence on this variety. Everything about it just fits together perfectly. A brilliant and bright wine.

2022 ON THE FRINGE PINOT NOIR

Cherubino takes a step back with the making of this excellent Pemberton pinot noir. There is scented red fruits with a lick of raspberry, and the smoothly integrated palate brings everything  together, to project the flavours through to a long finish. The chalky tannins add the final piece to a very good wine.

2023 AD HOC CRUEL MISTRESS PINOT NOIR

Cherubino sources this excellent pinot from Pemberton. It’s fragrant, with notes of cherry and rose petals. The light bodied palate delivers red fruit and raspberry like characters, with a lift of spice. A great value pinot with class.

2021 AD HOC AVANT GARDENING CABERNET SAUVIGNON MALBEC

A delicious cabernet malbec from the Frankland River region. You’ll find lots of rich black fruit, with the plush chewy richness and juicy red fruit of malbec kicking in. It’s medium bodied with subtle tannin and gentle oak allowing the fruit to express itself. A wine for current drinking.

A juicy and delicious shiraz from the Southwest. Plump fruit with a lift of pepper and spice, plus a faint hint of southern area blueberry. Seamlessly structured and engaging right to the finish.

A great value for money shiraz, sourced from the Great Southern. Typically soft and generous, with a medium body, this wine presents plush plum and spices, with a little cracked black pepper. The oak is muted to allow the fruit to express itself.
