The Evolution of Australian Chardonnay - Club Oenologique

2020 Cherubino Margaret River Chardonnay
Larry Cherubino has sourced grapes from the north and south of Margaret River: Wilyabrup and Karridale. The bouquet here recalls almond meal, pencil wood, cashew nut and cream cheese, grapefruit chiming in later. It is delicate, refined and subtle in the mouth, but also intense and penetrating, with mouthwatering acidity and a refreshing aftertaste that begs for another sip. Delicious and complete.
