A one-of-a-kind chardonnay wine dinner in the private dining room, hosted by Larry Cherubino with dishes by Masseria Restaurant chef Ben Jacob who joins us for one night only.
On arrival, guests will enjoy a selection of snacks paired with sparkling, followed by a three-course menu paired with a side-by-side tasting of clonal and regional expressions of chardonnay. Expect dishes built around local seasonal produce - slippery jacks, sea succulents, crayfish, and charcoal-grilled bistecca.
