This has a vibrant ruby red colour, displaying youthful energy and clarity. Aromas of red fruits and floral notes. Ripe cherries, cranberries and raspberries dominate, accompanied by hints of dried roses & violets. There is a delicate earthiness of forest floor & dried herbs, adding complexity to the aromatic profile.

Hand picked and sorted from block 6 Riversdale, two months on skins then pressed and matured in the finest grain oak we have for 10 months.  Black currant, earth and intense black fruits. Assertive, yet super fine tannins that will reward patience for the next two decades.   

Selected from Block 7 fruit using a variety of clones, the fruit was hand-picked and sorted, with 30% whole clusters added to enhance spice and fragrance.
