City Cellar invites you to an exclusive evening celebrating the elegance and legacy of Charles Heidsieck — one of Champagne's most distinguished houses. Founded in 1851, the maison is renowned for its richness of style, precision in blending, and remarkably long ageing in ancient chalk cellars, lending each cuvée a distinct depth and finesse.

This intimate dinner will feature champagnes from the Charles Heidsieck range, each matched to a seasonal menu crafted by our Head of Culinary, chef Ben Jacob.
