Founded in 1851, the maison is renowned for its richness of style, precision in blending, and remarkably long ageing in ancient chalk cellars, lending each cuvée a distinct depth and finesse.

This intimate dinner will feature champagnes from the Charles Heidsieck range, each matched to a seasonal menu crafted by our Head of Culinary, chef Ben Jacob.
