On Saturday 17 October, Adam and Mel Gilchrist bring El Arquero to City Cellar for an intimate tequila masterclass in our Private Dining Room.

Founded by Adam and a group of fellow tequila lovers, El Arquero was created with a simple idea: to bring genuinely artisanal tequila from the agave fields of Jalisco to Australian tables.

Across the afternoon, Adam and Mel will take guests behind the story of the brand, sharing how El Arquero came to be, what goes into each bottle and the craftsmanship behind the range, with guided tastings along the way.

Guests will be welcomed with an El Arquero Blanco Tommy’s Margarita before sitting down to taste the Blanco and Reposado alongside a couple of dishes from the City Cellar kitchen. The afternoon will finish with an El Arquero Reposado Old Fashioned and a small dessert, with each guest also taking home a bottle of El Arquero signed by Adam.
