A night in Italy. A party in Perth.

It’s our first New Year’s Eve at City Cellar, and we’re seeing out the year the only way we know how: plenty of food, a good bottle open, and a glass in hand when the clock strikes twelve.

At Cherubino, we love a tradition, as long as we get to put a bit of ourselves into it, so expect the Italian classics with a few twists of our own.

Our Head of Culinary, Ben Jacob, has put together a four-course feast for the last night of the year: gnocco fritto, salumi and kingfish crudo to start, cavatelli with blue swimmer crab and chilli, City Cellar roast beef, and panettone semifreddo to finish.

For the second sitting, the night carries on, with a sparkling toast at midnight, cotechino and lentils for luck in the year ahead, and pandoro.

Guests can expect a lively, festive night, with a DJ playing from the first course until well past midnight.

The full City Cellar drinks list is open all night: wine by the glass and bottle, cocktails, and the rest of the bar.

6:00pm – 8:00pm
$200 per person

8:30pm – Late
$250 per person, including a midnight toast and late-night bites

Walk-ins welcome from 4pm to 6pm for the snack menu only.

Please let us know of any cancellation at least 7 days before your booking. Late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of $25 per person, and cancellations within 24 hours incur a fee of $50 per person, charged to the card on file.
