Inspired by the traditions of Capodanno, the evening combines a generous shared-style four-course menu with exceptional Cherubino wines, cocktails and DJs as the energy builds towards midnight. Expect Italian New Year favourites woven throughout the menu, from symbols of prosperity to a sparkling wine toast as we welcome 2027 together.

Guests joining the late sitting can expect the evening to evolve into a true celebration, with roaming late-night bites, a midnight toast, dancing and DJs carrying the party into the new year.
