Join us at City Cellar for the next edition of our Producer Dinner Series — an intimate evening of food, wine and conversation shared around the table.

On Wednesday 16 September, we welcome Elanto Vineyard — an exciting new producer from Victoria's Mornington Peninsula dedicated exclusively to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Founded by acclaimed vigneron Sandro Mosele alongside Elizabeth and Tony Todaro, Elanto was born from a vision to create one of Australia's most ambitious high-density vineyards.

Inspired by the great vineyards of Burgundy, the focus is on meticulous farming and allowing each site to express itself with clarity and precision. The result is a collection of elegant, site-driven wines that have already earned national recognition, including being named Halliday Wine Companion Best New Winery 2026.

Expect a relaxed dinner format: antipasti and cheese to share, followed by pasta, all paired with a guided tasting on the night.
