Join us at City Cellar for the next edition of our Producer Dinner Series — an intimate evening of food, wine, and conversation shared around the table.

On Thursday 12 November, we welcome Nicole Oatley Wines — the debut label of third-generation vintner Nicole "Nicky" Oatley, celebrating a new generation of Western Australian winemaking.

Launched in 2024 in collaboration with Larry Cherubino, Nicole Oatley Wines is a collection of small-batch, limited-release wines sourced from exceptional vineyard sites across Western Australia. Guided by a commitment to quality, regional expression and contemporary winemaking, the range reflects Nicky's fresh perspective while honouring her family's long-standing connection to Australian wine.

On the night: Nicky's Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc, tasted alongside international and Australian versions of both. Same grape, different world.

Expect a relaxed dinner format: antipasti and cheese to share, followed by pasta, all paired with a guided tasting on the night.

Limited to 20 guests for a truly personal experience.
