12 Cherubino Wines Featured in the 2026 Matthew Jukes 100 Best Australian Wines Report
We're proud to share that Cherubino has been featured in the 2026 Matthew Jukes 100 Best Australian Wines Report — with twelve wines selected across two categories, and two headline features.
In the Chardonnay section, the 2024 Cherubino Black Label Pemberton Chardonnay was chosen as a headline wine — a recognition that means a great deal to us. Alongside it, six further Cherubino whites were selected:
– 2024 Ad Hoc Hen & Chicken Pemberton Chardonnay – 2024 Laissez Faire Great Southern Riesling – 2024 Margaret River Chardonnay – 2023 Clonal Selection Pemberton Chardonnay – 2023 Ovale Gingin Willows Vineyard Chardonnay – 2023 Pemberton Field Blend
In the Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot & Friends section, the 2023 Pedestal Cabernet Sauvignon was selected as a second headline wine — a wine Matthew described as mind-blowing value, and one we're particularly proud of. Five additional reds also made the cut:
– 2022 Apostrophe Possessive Reds Blend – 2024 Cruel Mistress Great Southern Pinot Noir – 2021 Laissez Faire Frankland River Syrah – 2019 Frankland River Budworth Cabernet Sauvignon
The 100 Best is one of the most respected annual guides to Australian wine in the UK, and to be represented across such a breadth of varieties, regions and styles is something the whole Cherubino team is enormously proud of. It reflects the dedication poured into every wine we make — from our Great Southern Rieslings to our Pemberton Chardonnays and Margaret River Cabernets.
