Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay a joining fee?
No - there is no joining fee. You simply pay for the wines you select each quarter, at your member price of 20% off.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There is no minimum commitment. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time through your member portal, with no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
How often are my wines delivered?
Your wines are dispatched four times per year: March, June, September and December. You will receive an email reminder two weeks before each dispatch date so you can review and adjust your selection.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes - each quarterly shipment consists of a minimum of six bottles, which you choose from the Cherubino range, excluding Folklore and Apostrophe.
Do I pay for shipping?
No - delivery is free for all Vendemmia members within Australia.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card is charged at the time your quarterly order is processed, ahead of each dispatch date. You will receive a reminder email two weeks before so you can adjust your selection beforehand.
Can I change my wine selection?
Yes. You can update your wine selection any time up to two weeks before your quarterly dispatch date. Log in to your member portal to make changes.
Can I skip or cancel my order?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your membership at any time through your member portal. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens if I am not home for delivery?
You can add delivery instructions at checkout - for example, to leave the parcel at a safe location or with a neighbour. If no one is home and no instructions are provided, your delivery will be taken to your nearest collection point.
How do I use my member discounts at venues?
Simply let staff know you are a Vendemmia member when you visit. Your 20% discount applies to Cherubino wines purchased at the Cellar Door, City Cellar and Masseria, excluding Folklore, Apostrophe and gift cards. Your 10% dining, tasting and stays discount applies across all Cherubino venues.
How do venue hire discounts work?
As a Vendemmia member you receive 10% off venue hire at Masseria, City Cellar and Cherubino Cellar Door. Contact the venues directly to enquire and mention your membership at the time of booking.
Where can I find information about the wine I received?
Tasting notes and detailed information for each wine in the Cherubino range are available on the Cherubino website. You can also contact us at any time and we'll be happy to help.
Do you ship overseas?
At this stage Vendemmia memberships and quarterly shipments are available within Australia only.
Why can't I log in to my membership?
Even if you're already an active club member, you still need to create an account on our website to manage your membership online. Your email will automatically be linked to your existing membership upon creation. There is no risk of creating a duplicate account.
