The Chardonnay Release is one of the moments we look forward to most at Cherubino — a chance to share the wines that sit closest to our heart, and to celebrate what we believe Western Australia does better than anywhere else in the world. Arriving Thursday 11 June, this year's release includes:

2025 Vintage

The 2025 vintage was marked by a near-perfect growing season across all of our chardonnay regions. In Margaret River, warm, dry conditions from budburst through harvest allowed for even ripening, vibrant acidity, and excellent flavour concentration — with chardonnay delivering precision, length, and beautifully balanced acidity.

In Pemberton, warm days and cool nights preserved natural acidity while allowing full flavour development, producing chardonnay with fine structure and mineral precision. Across the board, 2025 is shaping up as an exceptional vintage — wines with purity, complexity, and strong aging potential.
