This Returns & Cancellations Policy applies to wine and product purchases only made through Cherubino Wines and does not apply to event tickets or event-related services, which are subject to separate terms and conditions.


Product Returns

Cherubino Wines is committed to providing quality products and complying with Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not of acceptable quality, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible so we can assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Returns may be accepted at the discretion of Cherubino Wines, provided that:

  • no more than two (2) bottles have been consumed, and

  • the remaining product is returned in its original condition.

Where a return is approved, Cherubino Wines may offer a refund, exchange or store credit, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations may not be possible.
